Is there a cancellation policy?
We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24 hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time.
For this reason, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. We also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation does occur.
For any reasons, your card is declined or you refuse to pay the cancellation fee, future pending appointments will not be accepted, until the balance has been paid.
Do you offer mobile services?
Only groups of 3 or more individuals will be considered for any mobile inquiries.
Are only VIP Members serviced ?
Our focus is to currently keep our availability tailored to clients who invest in a monthly membership with us. However, massage requests are accepted for new clients at our introductory rates.
